UpVentures wants to help your company get funded
While UpVentures cannot invest in every company or entrepreneur we meet, we regularly assist entrepreneurs we believe in get connected to other investors – including those who may be a better fit for the company than UpVentures.
Completing our online application gives us a snapshot of your company today that helps us determine our interest and possibly identify other investors and resources that you might benefit getting connected to.
In completing our online application there are some required fields and many more that are optional. You will choose what information to provide, knowing that the more you disclose the easier it is for us to determine if you’re a fit with our interests and/or suitability for a referral if applicable.
Once you begin the application process, you’ll have the chance to save any uncompleted application and return later until your submission is complete.
Here are some of the required fields you will asked to complete:
- Stage of company development
- Company summary
- History of funding and amount of capital seeking
- Estimated range of pre-money valuation
- Company website URL and pitch deck
Optional fields include areas like:
Customer problem your product is solving, go-to-market and sales strategy, management team description, business model, competitive landscape and your competitive advantage, monthly burn rate, use of funds, and milestones your company expects to achieve
